TCP/IP Illustrated is what I cut my teeth on back in the day. You will need to be able to read C to follow the code, which is mostly from the BSD TCP/IP stack IIRC.

I think its a red herring. KSP (and unity games in general) ship as either x86 or x86 and x64. Full output for ldd of both of them is here http://pastebin.com/KAYF4TFw

The big problem isn't some bozo posting it to pastebin, it's shady "recruiters" that are set up to make their candidates look awesome. This is extremely difficult to detect without on-site validation.

I write media stuff. Code in the media pipeline proper gets ultraoptimized because it gets run between 30 and ~10k times per second. Code outside of the pipeline is largely written in python because the extra startup time, while non-trivi

It appears that the OP is in Germany, which is probably a more significant issue when trying to get work with US companies and/or with US-centric sites than not having a degree.

Assuming that your next job is going to be a founder the most important thing for you to do is to build and/or maintain a relationship with the VCs. Both the founders and the investors are going to want to maximize the sale price. yo

Looking at Wells vs Allen County IN. Allen County has better opportunities, higher per family income, and a substantially higher minority population. The map shows a $5.5K advantage for the poor white suburb, so it seems that race matters
