I took the overly sensational title as a warning flag and I was right. The article seems to take weak premises and then founds size-able claims on them. For example: "Meanwhile, Apple may obviate the need for Google altogether with Siri

A thought, it would be great if it could explain what mistakes you made. Knowing I got a 0/100 is great but I'd really like to know why :) That would turn it from leaning through trial and error into a very useful learning tool.

I agree with the spirit of your post but realize that selling patents is one way inventors can realize value. If companies couldn't use them as commodities, their value might be diminished. The trading may pose some downsides, but it's not

I noticed that too. Spanish is my native language and, unless Google wrote that translation themselves, the machine translation from Spanish to English is spot on!

Ouch. That's a series of far-fetched statements. For one gem dependencies can be handled through Bundles. If you mean version dependencies, I will give you that. But just because RVM's goal is great doesn't mean it's execution is flawless.
