Milk? That's funny. Here in France, it's drinks and wine ;-) But most of the milk sold here is pasteurized, so not kept in fridge (only once opened).

Maybe windows users are abandonning their PC faster than Linux users? They are switching to tablets and smartphones. So in percentage, the increase of Linux market share for desktop could just be a decrease of windows (and Mac OS X).
