It doesn't hurt to list alternative products, right? Understanding the competition and lacking features. Mine isn't the only post in this thread mentioning other products that do roughly the same thing.

I use Numerals(1) in Obsidian for this, and it works great. It's built on mathjs(2) and has things like @total functions which automatically sum all uninterrupted lines above it. 1 https://github.com/gtg922r/obsidi

I have used Wallabag[0] for read-later articles for many years. Very happy about it. I host it on a VPS but they offer a paid instance[1] themselves for $9/y. And otherwise you can use something like Pikapods[2] which is also dirt chea

I'll say that I am less offended than some of my fellow commenters in this thread. I can hardly name 5 Belgian movies that I would suggest anyone to watch; Belgium has 1/30th of the US' population, but certainly a much, much

I live in Belgium. It feels like 95% of all films I ever hear about are American. Opponents counter MAGA with 'America was never great', but here they'll say 'Movies have never left America'?

This seems fun at first, but then a bunch of concerns come up. Notion is not a real database. You're dependent on Notion uptime _and_ WonderSites services; 2 very weak links in the chain. There are no docs whatsoever; does the site bui

HPLIP: I believe they are, yes. I could just as well have configured it that way in the VM, I agree. About the Alpine VM: absolutely correct, and as stated in the article I would probably benefit from having a much slimmer VM. This was init

Why exactly does this need to be AI? OCR was a thing way before the boom and works pretty fine, usually. Seems like overkill.
