Well the way the universe works is people can't spend time with everyone else concurrently.

Well the most important thing to remember is the Golden Rule. You should treat others as you would wish to be treated in their situation.

The easiest way to budget is just stop spending money on stupid stuff, and don't live somewhere with high rent. Don't make large purchases, except perhaps a condo or house so you don't have to pay rent anymore. You don't

I haven't tried to use CAPE in any simulation because I don't think it is too predictive in the near term. But it's good to keep in mind.

What I found through lots of calibration is that it's best to sell when the weekly average of the S&P 500 is -2% compared to that same week a year ago, and then re-purchase when it goes back up to 0%. In fact it's best to shor

Ultimately, what matters the most is the price and what other investors do. The price is affected by investors' perceptions of political and social pressures. If there are new political or social pressures, then they would affect the p

There's countless different indicators and investors don't follow the same ones, if any at all. Most people aren't computer programmers who have run historical simulations. Just because you know something doesn't mean th

I agree, it could very well prompt a recession. Also looking at the technicals, the 1 year percent change of the S&P 500 is negative, which is a strong recession indicator historically. The 150-300-39 day MACD also looks bad. These indi

Not really. That's how much China's stock market would fall if China's nominal GDP dropped by that much. In the worst of the 2009 crisis, the US GDP only dropped by about 1% if I remember right.

The economy didn't crash 7%, just the valuation of public companies, which might have been overvalued in the first place. If China's GDP crashed 7%, then the stock market would probably crash 95-99%.

Well that might be true, but when you're at home you have more choices of what you can be doing at any one moment, and too much choice can be stressful. Also when you're at work you have more external pressure from your peers to g
