What brands are you looking at? I've been looking at Tesla cars, but they honestly don't seem to have depreciated as much as I would have expected / hoped.

It was a mixed bag. Interest rates were higher, but I also had a lot more negotiating leverage than I normally would have had. The house I bought had been sitting for a few monthd, which allowed me to get it for what I found to be a fair pr

Everything flows into a spreadsheet I created that has a row for each month, and tracks my spending, income, and net worth. The data for each new row comes from a few different places. Lunchmoney aggregates and categorizes my spending data.

Is this technically permitted behavior under CANSPAM? Seems like a company could just create a new "newsletter / list" for every new marketing email they send.

Fining shareholders would effectively force unlimited liability to shareholders, which comes with a bunch of negatives (ex: bigger shareholders would just own inside of an LLC wrapper). Wouldn't fining more accomplish the same goal? If

Not sure why this is getting downvoted (maybe I'm missing something?). I also find the title to be innaccurate given this information from the article: > Sure, sales of EVs keep going up — a record 300,000 cars sold in the US in the

As a former 16 year old, I distinctively remember having to negotiate to be allowed to run a computer 24/7 as a server. Part of my argument was calculating the cost to run the server ($10 / month for a 100 watt server at 0.10

Do you use it with the display always on, or do you have it wake up whenever you look at the display? I have a Garmin watch with a transreflective display, and end up charging it ~once a week with 1-2 hours of activity tracking per day.
