There's a company that purchases properties and rents them out, wraps them in an LLC, and then assigns ownership of the LLC via crypto tokens (this ownership is written into the LLC docs). Owners of the tokens then receive monthly paym

I've used Poly.market a few times and been pretty happy with it - they use a second layer network, so after depositing, trades are fairly cheap (you just pay a market maker fee, no crypto miner fee as far as I can tell). Downside is th

Yes, you could easily do this for 10s of millions of dollar right now on a number of exchanges. As you go up, you might need to find OTC desks, etc, but it's still very doable.

This is one thing I hate about these keys though - some services only support one key, and for ones that support multiple, I struggle to figure out a storage system for my backup key. I don't want to keep it with me (because then I am

Some merchants do pass the savings on to the user for using Bitcoin vs credit cards, and there are ways to pay with Bitcoin (lightning) that involve negligible fees.

If you think lightning is a "trusted payment system", you clearly don't understand how it works.

Exactly - and I can say from experience that this does generally happen. I manage a node that receives significant amounts over lightning, and channels are typically reused with batch "loop out transactions" that free up liquidity

The issue is that all of the platforms people want to interact with right now tend to be on Ethereum (which is part of the reason it is so expensive).
