I agree here, its excellent for when I'm low on battery or just don't want to use the charger. It manages my tabs well, I was even watching a 5 hour movie on Youtube once and my battery was at 80 percent after I was done

If this goes with "REMAIN", Does this still leave the possibility of Scotland wanting to "Leave" ? I've read a few articles about it and it seems the Scots were contemplating leaving

I was pretty young to play the original Quake but when I got around to play with it and DOom 95 (in the mid 2000s ), I realized what a amazing game it was and was hooked

Do you think taxes like this will go away at some point? or will it always be there in some form?

   by xufi 10y ago

Oh I see, perhaps I was wrong on that. A freind of mine in the UK said this. Must've got that wrong.

Agreed and based on what I've read the funding package that the UK government gives them plus the TV tax (that each UK citizen has to pay with the purchase of a TV) sure helps them stay afloat

I think the only thing that It had going for it when I tried it a few years ago myself atleast on the Lumia models was the 42mp camera. I agree with you though, the app selection and the UI design are just huge turnoffs

Thanks for the detailed opinion. I'm just trying to relearn Jquery/Vanila JS myself and want to jump to react and a few other libraries. Seems like I shouldnt be that afraid

Agreed, I do feel there could've been much better games made on the phone. For example, I remember Nintendo was about to make a push to bring its old classic Gameboy Era games /Gameboy Color games to the phone to no avail

Its funny you ask that but I've watched and read a few articles of Nigerian scammers actually operating out of a country called Benin which is next door to Nigeria itself and another country (which I forget the name of). Anyways, from

Intersting. That's a smart way to collect data while not having too much noise flood in the dataset. I need to watch this State of the Union.

I find UNIX amazing. What Thompson, Ritchie and McIllroy did was invaluable to the world of computing . I'm still to get well versed about the early days of it but its amazing how it transcended down to modern day

That's a good point. Do you feel this is becoming more of the norm in certain realms of scientific research? what is your view?

I have to say I agree. I didn't even think they would think of modeling the store this way, though granted what they've done with Itunes/Apple Music I guess it isnt that surprising. Pretty disappoined

Indeed its scary. First I was fine with a small box letting me know I can upgrade to Windows 10 on my computer but I can't believe how much more intrusive it became. Luckily I used this http://ultimateoutsider.com/downl

Very nice. I was meaning to implement something like this in JS (this summer hopefuly if I dont get busy) as a fun project for my website but something much smaller. Got any ideas?

Ah yes thats the term, I believe (not for downloading) but another MS app Skype uses the same thing when youre talking to someone on a lower bandwith/ADSL connection. I believe it uses the same TCP mechanism of some sort which I havent

For clarification, Is it soaking up bandwith because its doing the (I forget the term) where it uses your connecion for other Windows 10 users while they update?
