Six months ago I would have believed you; but Bluesky is having a moment right now and stacking on users at an incredible rate. It's hitting a real tipping point.

Robocop 2 is a critique of sequels - everything must be bigger and better, designed by committee, with every idea (directive) shoved into the box until it becomes unworkable.

Factory Town is great, but looks more like a Warcraft 2 era sprite game.

Maybe; I limit my gaming this way - to 40 minute increments, and then go do something else. If anything I think it makes me prioritizes games where 40 minutes is a satisfying adventure and skip games where 40 minutes is just time-wasting.

A lot of the comments are about spamming your contacts, but I assume the common reason is to connect you with people you already know - if a phone number is in your address book, and that number is associated with an account, it can suggest

This is an amazing demo reel of effects shots used in "mundane" TV shows - comedies and produce procedurals. - for faking locations. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clnozSXyF4k

The "people stay inside, which makes crime rates lower" doesn't make sense. A mugger out to make some cash is going to hit SOMEONE, whether there are 2 or 20 people out walking in a town. Staying in may increase your personal

The renders it creates are underwhelming, but it seems good at determining the location and angle of the camera. I could see it being used to create a "scratch track" that human animators animate on top of. An aid to tweening.
