Just as a point of interest: If you're willing to pay the cost for a really good resampling algorithm, you can use a Gall-Peters projection. It's equal area instead of equal angle, so each pixel holds the same amount of surface

I'm not sure if you'll see this reply since it's been several days, but I appreciate the answer. I majored in math, but I never stumbled on the Lebesgue integral, and I don't know enough quantum to understand the subtle

If we're being pedantic, I should've used the word "parameter" instead of "variable", but surely you know what I meant. If not, see the "What's in a shape?" section of https://nostarc

I agree with everything you said, and I still think it's a clever/useful idea for new programmers.

I think maybe you're missing some subtlety here. In Scratch, the type of a parameter or expression is denoted by it's shape. Strings are square, numbers are round, booleans are angled, and statements are shaped like puzzle piece

I've seen this complaint a lot, but I don't get it. For C++, the system package manager (yum, apt, pacman) seems sufficient to install most anything I've ever needed. Are you programming under Windows? My biggest complaints
