This one supports 5GHz! Will be interesting to see how many things will use this instead of something like a 8266 just in order to be able to connect to 5GHz routers.

This is probably my favourite (4x!) LSDJ set: https://youtu.be/cFz43VTRyE4 Trey Frey gets some incredible sounds out of these Gameboys.

The cost of re-certification of the modem with a new firmware is nothing for Apple, but way too much for a smaller company like Pine64.

Interesting how the project nightshyft link from the second talk is gone. Was looking forward to giving it a try.

Yeeeah that's already being done for a a bunch of IT courses. Check out some of those "freelance work" sites, it's fairly obvious a bunch of those are someone's homework...

I feel like the entire purpose of this is to take the control from the sites and give it to the users. The site owners obviously do want the cookies to be shared with trackers if they embed them.

Really neat. I've been looking for something like this to try out open source FPGA development tools, just wish it came with a usb-c port instead of micro.

Have you considered getting a cheap tiny HDMI -> VGA adapter? This with an iPad Lightning to HDMI adapter would allow you to solve (m) and (n).

Well, one of the nice things about a split screen view is that you don't need two iPads if you want to open a pdf on one and write notes on another, which is a problem I have with my reMarkable tablet. There's definitely better wa
