I’d still use Lodash functions over the native ones for chaining [1]. I like Elixir pipelines so this is equivalent. I suppose it depends on preference if someone chain or not. [1]: https://docs-lodash.com/v4/chain/

I recommend calc, I fell in love with RPN and can’t use normal calculators anymore. Never heard about sunrise commander though.

I’ve been using Emacs for ~15 years right now, but I don’t recommend it for the last few. I love it, it’s great, and as many others, I tried to move out of it but there was something I couldn’t do I KNEW I could get in Emacs and it frustrat

That’s weird. I got opposite experience. It seemed that Windows 10 version was snappier than my setup on MacOS. It did feel quirky to work through ecosystem though.

I'd love to answer this, but due to lack of marking I can only say "different". Multiple Apple cables, that's for sure, different variety too (as Apple has those thicker fast-charge cables). So as for "thicker"

USB-C is a dumpster fire. I tried 10 different cables to try to hook up Stream Deck to MBP. None of it worked. Beside TB3 one they’re unhelpfully unmarked. The only one that worked was 5m Meta one but I don’t want to have a cable coil on my

Nitpicking - most of the people spend their lives with ~1-3e-10 of % of world's population, but it's not about statistical correctness. If I'd say that 99% women aren't good for me, that'd be still technically true,

Passive strategy works well when men are young and/or horny. When horny phase wears off the same passiveness is a reason why marriages end. >In the digital dating sphere, “burning the haystack” means obliterating 99 per cent of the

I have a theory for that: I think that men are simply lost in modern times. Love, for example, has been popularized to be a romantic movie-cliché where handsome guy spends his daytime on a picnic during middle of the day (middle of the week

There's this adage saying that no two Emacs configuration are alike, and I concur. Not because of users' uniqueness but due to fact how flexible and malleable it is. It's like a mouthguard that even if it has same brand and c

I think you hit the nail on the head. I worked with 10x’s multiple times but there was also something off. One colleague couldn’t be bothered to show on time. He’d still deliver but everyone was stressed because he could get lost for weeks.

Not OP but my reason is handling of diacritics on iOS. Typing “e” is a baseline but typing “é” feels like it’s 1.5s: hold “e” wait for diacritics to appear, choose one, continue. Not only this breaks flow but is slow as hell. Word with 4 le
