Yeah I have the same opinion. This is not workers rights at all, its union power. There are plenty of Tesla workers in Sweden that do not support the strike. In Swedish though https://sverigesradio.se/avsnitt/tesla-s

There is a fantastic book after Hans Rosling called factfulness. You should read it. It explains a lot of misunderstandings on poverty. A very cruel and poorly informed comment imho. Poverty is not a crime.

post-viral fatigue is a thing https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/326619 . It probably was c-19. I had a nasty flu back in 2017. I coughed so much I thought I had broken a rib. It took months to recover.

Sigh, That's not a study that's an article reviewing other cherry picked articles. It doesn't really mean all that much tbh. You would have to review what this review is reviewing. Long covid is still not properly defin

You forgot to mention the lefts position. They usually used the lab-leak theory to ridicule, mock and even have careers ended for those who dared to propose it as plausible. As so many of our media outlets lean to the left, the mocking and

Isn't platform engineer just another name though ? devOps, cloudOps, devSecOps, site reliability engineer and now platform engineer. It feels like the need to define operations is a bit like if a dev role needed to be defined by IDE

So you are saying the waiting times in the Swedish hospital system have no effect whatsoever? Right… Nordics love to pick on US when their own healthcare have up to a decade of waiting times for inportant procedures. Up to two years for ev

You are often also charged fees at the doctors office or even emergency care. And places like Sweden have private health insurance so you domt have to stay in the “free” broken system with years of waiting before getting to a specialist.

Ive found that the “my way or highway” attitrude is often a defense mechanism and they will meet you halfway if you simply ackowledge their point of view. Accepting and acknowledging are not the same thing though so I dont mean to cave in

I am still hounded by recruiters but the quality of the positions they are hiring for are definitely much worse than, say, a year ago. Loads of temporary contracts on terrible salaries in obscure places with mandatory on-site attendance.
