First, I just want to say that I use Dart pretty regularly now and enjoy the language. I don't want to come across as overly negative; Dart is a solid language that's made web programming a lot more fun for me. So thank you, and e

What is fishy? This isn't even state of the art for program synthesis. Here's another simple example trained on the Linux kernel: http://karpathy.github.io/2015/05/21/rnn-effectiveness/ I'

Keep in mind this is essentially the same concept as the big scary AI from OpenAI that is making the news recently. They use neural nets, not markov chains, but the idea is similar: given a word, predict the next word. > It's surpri

No, what they're doing is nerfing webRequest so that the ad blockers cannot use it to block ads anymore.

No, it's not like IE at all because IE was closed source. This was what I was trying to say earlier: the whole reason IE was "bad" was because it stagnated, which would not have been possible if it was open source. In this ca

What exactly are you trying to say? This post is nothing but empty snark. For example, are you trying to say that Saudi Arabia is not a sovereign nation?

What makes you think it's unlikely? The Chromium team seems unreceptive to the idea that e.g. `webRequest`'s ability to block a request entirely is a security/privacy feature, and instead views it as a bug to be fixed. I have
