Good timing too! I have a few projects coming up that could really benefit from the memory safety and performance features rust offers.

My reading list is pretty big. I keep articles there until I get around to reading them, if they seem like something I want to keep around I clip them to Evernote and remove them from the list. In some cases I'll just move them into bo

None of those things actually require physical proximity. It might take a little more effort to get right, but there are a lot of great programmers out there that don't want to relocate (or be tied to an office) and some of the might

I have a notebook (moleskine atm, but I've used a lot of other brands/kinds) for sketching out and expressing ideas/insights and I use Evernote for long-term storage, project management, and to store reference material. I als

What happens when there is no work left for you to do? Eventually robots are going to take all but the most specialized of jobs. Longer term, we're all probably going to be made obsolete by AI. I understand the sentiment of living on y

I'm actually running this in favor of GitLab which might be more feature complete, but it was much too resource intensive for my taste. I haven't tested it, but the developers claim it can run on an rPi. What I can say is that r

While I wasn't 100% on board with the cable leaks, I do think disrupting political interests and forcing transparency in government is a good idea.

Yes, but Debian is also very widely deployed and doesn't ship with a broken Python 3 package. I'm just pointing out that your issue is specifically related to Ubuntu. You'd be better off calling your article: Ubuntu is Not A

You could solve that problem by not using Ubuntu: SmartOS, Debian, and OS X all have perfectly functional Python 3 packages. (as I'm sure many distributions and operating systems do) This has very little to do with Python 3.

I think people should be allowed to use drugs. However, I agree that its a coin toss. People should make careful decisions about what kinds of substances they choose to consume. Drug use is not always a safe hobby, maybe not ever.
