They are obligated to give data to the government, and government took part of spying in Brazil for Boeing in the past, but I guess they are using this capability only for a few strategic companies, and most companies are not that.

Probably not, but we're talking about moderate climate (you couldn't pay me enough to move to Alaska). And of course I'm talking about a modern heat pump, not direct electric heating. ,,Heat pumps are generally more efficient

For deep level changes you're probably right, but showing ads in windows is probably a board level decision. At least Satya doesn't look like the CEO who would approve it with all his product focus, it must come from above.

You are lucky that you got it. OpenAI waiting lists for features and API access and message limits are separating classes of people of how productive they can be in life. As for me I have a comfortable life but for some classes of people,

SpaceX satellites were crucial in the war against Russia. Even if they go over the noise limit, this rocket gives a clear military advantage to US, so I don't see any rational reason why SpaceX would / should stop.

Svelte does it in the compilation phase without shadow DOM. I understand that precompiling is an extra step, but the React codebases that use shadow DOM are doing precompiling anyways (tsx), in which case it doesn't make sense anymore.
