Exactly. Much of the debate is about how HR handled this so poorly and that's what we can all hear on the video. It's not really about whether her performance was worthy of getting fired. Nor is it about the Cloudflare bottom line

We also have the words of the HR loons who couldn't say anything consistent. So we kind of have both sides.

I'm not going to be that extreme. But I needed an instance today and I definitely didn't set up anything on Cloudflare for this project. Maybe in time I'll migrate everything. I used to think they were pretty cool but when th

He's a polarizing figure for some. Some people like to use the news about Mathematica to debate some of Wolfram's other work in physics or whatever. He's done quite a bit of work so there's lots to debate.

But it's not. It's like Claudine Gay saying that they attackers are just cherry picking the paragraphs with duplicative language. If they had only looked at the rest, they wouldn't have found plagiarism.

I'm not sure your point? I admitted that they borrowed a bit. And then your point is that "Steamboat Bill" borrowed? Okay. I guess. But I'm not denying that the filmmakers and artists grab ideas and plots from the collec

You realize that the folks at Disney put in thousands of hours to create their own version of the story. Yeah, they borrowed a bit, but they put in plenty of their own work. But go ahead and pretend that this is the same as the cheap-ass be

Some people like to say that there's no real world application for blockchain. It seems like this might be a good example of one. If they can't do atomicity right, force them to use the blockchain-level encoding of the transaction

Kind of nice for a company to wait until after the holiday season. It's always a bummer when the companies announce these plans in mid December.

It's sad that the man in this story died and can't give his side of the story. It sounds like the Mercedes did exactly what it was supposed to do-- answer questions about its location to the titled owner. The fact that this woman

I have to agree. If anything, it's the anti-Musk people who are sliding in extremism and foolishness. Twitter seems to be doing just fine. I miss some of the people who've left out of some political agenda, but the rest is fine. T
