Really like it so far. I was a heavy pgAdmin3 user at $lastjob and the fact that clicking some elements would freeze it wasn't great. This looks to cache all details on connection. The data view doesn't really work with very long

Looking forward to that. In the meanwhile I'll wait and test the S3 option when it's live.

The proxy will still not allow to run a LUA script that span keys that live in different hosts right?

Amazing! Do you have any special config to sync to replica before accepting incoming connections in a straightforward manner?

If using `db-s3-object`, does KeyDB uses that as a seed on startup? Eg: Running KeyDB on AWS, the EC2 instance fails and is replaced by another one running the same config. Will it read the last S3 dump on startup?

The DotA "creator" / last maintainer, IceFrog keeps his identity hidden. It did leak because of a Blizzard lawsuit, but people respect it and don't talk about it.

Yes, we are running a Haskell based HTTPS redirector and people noticed this.

My modmic setup doesn't transmit me typing on my Cherry MX Brown keyboard. And we complain a lot when someone on the server has an improper voice activation threshold, so everyone quickly fixes theirs.

Amazing. I had this project at my previous job but left before getting it done. It's so cool to see that someone, somewhere, had the same need.

That's -60% parse time and -50% compilation time for Discourse[1]. I'm amazed by the changes the v8 team is pushing. [1] https://github.com/discourse/discourse

Came here to say that. Also Discourse just moved to a CommonMark compliant markdown parser this release, so between GitHub and Discourse the user base is already huge.

Have you ever heard about byobu? It's basically a tmux wrapper with crtl/shift hotkeys by default.

What happens if I try to insert into a master partition table, and there are no child tables that can store my data? For example, data is partitioned by month, and I have no table for the month in the data I'm trying to insert.

I believe this feature is much more than that, like if I find a cool article in a page, I can click the native share and Android will put all my group chat rooms first, like slack and telegram groups.

This sucks for the consumer. During DotA's The International I can choose between many services (in-game, Steam, Youtube, Twitch) and pick the one which works better for me.

Yeah, I got pretty happy with my dual wan setup with Tomato (240/20MB DOCSIS & 90/30MB VDSL) but had to disable IPV6 PD from the DOCSIS provider so the balancing and failover works properly.

We made a feature, where we capture a CTRL+P and open a new window with the full topic and start the print, so it's easier to save a big topic to PDF and read it offline.

Was hopping to get HTTP2 server push on 1.12 since H20, Caddy and even Apache already support it.

I believe Linode and Vultr already have $5 1GB VPS offers. Also the Official Install Guide[1] doesn't require any Docker-fu. Also, we give hosted Discourse for free for open source projects with a big enough community to have a forum[2

Discourse offers free hosting for big Open Source projects, and you can self-host it on a $5 VPS too. Full Disclosure: I work at Discourse.

Yes. By running: SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT repo.id) FROM [githubarchive:month.201701] WHERE type = 'PushEvent' I got 1896676, so almost 2M distinct repos with commits in last January.

Wow, great project. I worked in a place that uses pgAgent heavily, and this address all major pain point with it, aka, parallel steps and max parallel job.
