To point 2): the EU research programs are co-financed by Switzerland. Otherwise, Switzerland wouldn't be allowed to participate in these programs. Hence, the EU research grants are still Swiss tax money in one or another way. 5) There

Given the fully trained RL model, would it be possible to infer and explain the optimal movement technique in terms of a simple rule set?

Do you mean the non-prescripted dispensing of hydroxychloroquine? I think it is quite reasonable to rely on prescriptions by a doctor. Swedish hospitals stopped giving hydroxychloroquine to patients a month ago as it has more negative side

And then there are some with very small or very big hands. Would you give them a different hammer, or would you criticize their subpar performance?

A hammer is not always the best tool. Edit: what did you mean by "a set" of standardized toosl? Like the set {Windows 10, Linux of some distribution, macOS 10.15, iOS, Android}? Even then, what if some app does not work on Windows

Depends on whom you ask. For many if not most computer people, "hacking" is synonymous to coding, and indeed something very positive. In the public however, "hacking" is often more used synonymous to "cracking"

For me, your points do not answer the previous post. For a common discussion ground, it maybe helps to give links to the following articles, which describe the asymptomatic transmission, and the airflow transmission. "Asymptomatic tran

And for what? Bluetooth does not help to sufficiently trace airflow. It doesn’t recognize walls. The data will be highly unreliable. Nonetheless, people will be forced to use it because social and work pressure let’s them do so. Infections

No, the contact tracing only works as an additional measure, not as a replacement for the quarantine measures. Don’t forget that the airflow provides a major infection vector, which can’t be traced via Bluetooth or location.

This is only one half of the story. Given the increased network bandwidth, decoding speed matters. And here, JPEG is much faster. Also note that the JPEG decompression algorithms are highly optimized and coded in assembly language, and ther

It would be great if it were as you say. I would be glad to buy a 4“ screen iPhone. Or at least something with Touch ID and a white front. I mean, the new iPhone SE is probably a nice thing, but there’s something incomplete to it. Sadly.
