I agree with you, but I have to correct myself as well. I mean compare US to other countries where national free health care is available. These are basic human rights which simply ignord by the government in the US. Workers need benefits

Workers have no choice but to get W2 status to get health care insurance, retirement compensation, etc. And they fix it by simply moving them as FT employees, because to the State of California that's the easiest thing they can do. S

Education is a choice. You can choose to be educated by religious schools, or going to public schools. To those in Xinjiang Uyghur regions, this is not a choice.

Even the reaction is within 0.1s for the machine, you cannot brake and stop immediately. This is physics, and a mechanical problems. Please remove the software mindset when looking into this.

Good to know! But I am more curious for the data cover every self-driving vehicles, not just about Uber. It could be Uber is doing worse, but my ask is whether we (as an industry) is still on a right direction for this "bold bet"

I think the self-driving initiative is not about beating the human counterpart at launch, but at least on par with the performance done by human. That itself has huge value in efficiency and saving time. Slowly with many AI-driven vehicles
