That indie dev got contacted by the government for feedback. Not a bad sign, in my opinion.

Are those the only options? How about paying once, owning a specific version and that's it?

The white stuff is just fat or sugar blooming, so you can totally melt down chocolate and be good to go.

White stuff is just either fat or sugar bloom, due to changes of temperature. Not harmful. It's like the white "powder" on hard cheeses, which is just calcium crystalizing over time. Totally safe.

I definitely have been in some countries where their desserts felt from a strange land indeed: everything dried :'(. I need moist.

Definitely give a little love to your honey jars, it does sound like the relationship is quite one-directional. Even cleaning the spoon/knife before interacting with the jar would increase the long-term stability of the relationship an

There no office for this, go and live youthfully however long you want.

If I was out of work, I'd very willingly accept a 2 weeks probation if that meant getting paid for the opportunity. If these companies are ok to people for people they already know they won't be hiring, that's cool.

Well, if you're shopping while already having a job then it's different. At least a company needs to be willing to pay for 2 weeks before making someone go through hoops and loops.

Probably you've been out of the getting hired game but I had a glimpse of it last year: absolutely terrible. When I started you'd send a mail to the company directly about a position, you'd go to the office, have a short inte

Yeah but if that doesn't pay the bills, can't fault them. I agree with the general sentiment but not everyone is there thinking about multi-milion exit strategies, not everyone is buddy with people in SV or YC to even dream of tha

Totally agree with you. I take the post being mainly self-promotion with the hook of being "non-electron" for the HN crowd. They still like writing in 1 language and not worry about platforms, just not using the thing called elect

Can you? I'd love to see a jailbreak for anything more recent that 5y ago. For the ink, I just buy it elsewhere online.

The name brought me back to the PS Vita hacking times, I thought it would be something to jailbreak the PS5 or the switch 2. A bit disappointed :(

What a weird take: I'd definitely expect the poorest/sickest to get the most additional benefits of all, the middle to get none and the top to get charged extra to cover up. If you're middle class, that should be the average
