Happy it worked for you but a whetstone with an angle guide and you'd be done in a similar time. I think I can refresh a lightly dull blade in 10min or so, and speaking as a non-pro. The long-term benefits of a whetstone is that you ca

That would imply that given the number of points (in this case 3) there would always be an answer. For, example would it hold if we put the restriction to 4, 5 or 10 points?

Have you ever learnt about Quicksort? If so, it might give you an edge on what to expect.

Honestly, if we're speaking of most graffiti (generally just tags in the same boring fashion) visible from a train, I'd rather to be looking at a phone screen. At least the phone screen could be displaying something interesting bu

First let's start off that psychology is not like other fields, as it's often theories/opinions. That statement is someone's way to describe what they found out to be best for them. Not an axiom for everyone. And default

Bringing exactly 0 examples does not help the case though.

Since you seem so well-informed I would love any example of good-will and strictly not-for-profit activities done directly by a large corporation with shareholders which weren't done have other reasons. Examples of things which don&#x2

There is no way you didn't write this comment while laughing out loud. For-profit companies care about profits for their shareholders, that's it. Heck, even non-profit often tend to value more profit than their integrity or cause

This comment cannot be done in faith. Buying a ticket versus buying a ticket AND being profiled by all other venues are clearly two different things.

Yep, so someone sees a rando paperbag and pays no care to it (containing my pricy macbook pro). Genius!

Rude? Just asking because 10min to sharpen a knife every 3-6 months is not that big of a commitment, unless your hands don't work properly.

Because literally every single study or individual realization is about the incredible effects of merely walking every day. And the Op stopped something which is universally deemed great both for the body and the mind and traded it for usin

> I stopped wasting tons of time by walking several kilometers a day, and instead got a car. This sentence is so surreal, I feel like I'm dreaming.

As opposed to SO always somehow ending up giving an answer where boost or jQuery was the top answer.

Interesting that it's code owned by Google but a product. Is it because it was developed by someone during work (and hence owned by Google) but nobody from Google endorses it?

My recommendation is to get an ebike with a way to carry a person and some small cargo (e.g. Shopping bags and such). I see them a lot and also makes going around with kids more fun for them too!

Spend 1 month with your kids in a place where cars are actually not needed, only then you can actually understand what you are denying your kids. And if you want to know right away, think about who can drive your car, as supposed being able

What's wrong with expecting 5 years? Am I insane to expect an electronic device to last as much as possible? And if I had to come up with s number, I'd say 10 years at least.

Is 10min per knife every 3-6 months a hobby? Because that is just general maintenance to me. If you don't put your good knives in the dishwasher and wash/dry them right after usage, they'll last a long time.

He does have a koffee thingy but also people can have hobbies, dunno why I got downvoted. Not everyone spends their weekends in the same way.

Why? Your hands don't work? They are really not that hard, especially if they come with the bit with the right angle.

Whetstones, pretty cheap only and not as hard as it seems.

I recommend Linux phone, really rewarding not supporting these trash corporations. Look into UBports if you want to join the dev community (either for apps or system).

I switched to Ubuntu Touch and I see nothing wrong with it, very pleased actually. What's your experience?

by xandrius 1y ago
Why go from a devil to another? Consider Ubuntu Touch it's actually pretty good and the dev community is really welcoming. Feel like the old school linux groups.

Consider becoming part of UTports community. I recently joined it as I hated feeling powerless about this change in Android. Becoming one more working on a third option is very freeing. I'd recommend it, plus Ubuntu Touch is surprising
