Holy crap, 30'000 sharks kills for a bloody soup. Insane and that wasn't even their only journey.

Totally agree, buying makes sense if it helps the creator(s), if it is not possible or it is tainted, I'd say go to the high seas and enjoy.

Why not replaceable batteries which are not AA? Like any li-on batteries. Also if the stand is also a charger then the hot-swap is mostly a non-issue. Playing with this for more than X hours should not be the default usage.

Those are cool but it does seem like they are forced to have that form factor to fit in most existing devices. While a brand new device could employ something more apt? Even say something larger which can store more energy, dunno. It just f

Until the profits tells them not to.

Kind of weird using AA batteries, I'd imagine something else would be better suited for this?

And it's for things like this that people just don't understand the value of a healthy alternative way to archive things. A true fan who wants to preserve and be faithful on its scan is going to dedicate their life to get it just

I know it is for fun but the joke is that we're supposed to be judging this guy for his look and think he is bad automatically? Also nitpick: shinigami (死神) literally means god of death, dunno why use "personification".

Yep, it's like one day we expect an old game to work in VR++ and my 950pi smellovision implant. If it runs on a runnable emulator of the target platform then we're good.

I'll think of ways to bridge the virtual world with the real world birding one. Let me know if you have any ideas for that :)

Currently working on a take on Pokémon GO + Pokémon Snap but for birding. The goal is to explore your neighborhood, find birds, take good photos of them all. Next month, I'll be doing an event to find a rare bird, excited to see how it

Ohh, so naïve. They choose inaction because it's profitable, that's it. They can claim they were unaware and they are out either scot-free or with a slap on their gigantic wrist.

Cool, thanks for the overexplanation. I thought checks were things of the 80s or something, in other parts of the world you mostly either have the money or not, so the act of balancing checks wouldn't exist. Interesting. Is it still th

I know people here don't like it when one answers to complaints about OSS projects with "go fix it then" but seeing the comment section here, it's hard to not at least think it. About 50-100 people saying that they know

Been running NC on my home server and basically maybe update it once a year or so? Even less probably, so definitely not a must to update every time. Plus via snap it's pretty simple.

Sorry for the ignorance, what what does "balancing a check book" mean? Is that an euphemism or an actual activity? I can of course look up but interested in continuing the conversation.

I don't think it's fair to insult all US citizens because of your personal shortcomings.

That's true only if your very large "grandma" must at all cost sit on your batteries at all times. If we could indeed leave "grandma" home, that would make things better. And they don't sell well in the US beca
