You can use a bank like Wise which lets you have accounts in many currencies for such bank transfers. Fees between their accounts are quite competitive (I used them many times in the past).

They usually block via DNS, so it's pretty easy to circumvent by using alternative DNS servers such as 1.1.1.1 or 9.9.9.9, or Tor (which you sometimes need for books that have been DMCA'd)

Last time I checked the logs after an update, what I understood had happened was that the installer was installing the new files one by one, and logging each one of them. Which is a lot of files. I've no idea if this is still done this

In many non-US keyboard layouts typing the ";" requires holding shift as well, so not sure how bad this issue is in actuality.

My experience is that EU banks issue new numbers when the credit card expires, UK banks don't.

It works though, because the bank can still receive the transaction and reroute it appropriately. It's pretty common in the EU, especially with things like road tolls that don't check the card validity in real time.
