Do any other languages really lend themselves to the one line command tools like perl does? The only one off the top of my head would be ruby but I don't have that much ruby knowledge to judge. This kind of thing however is perl's bread and

I actually have to agree if you are coming to something like a = b[:] in code you are going to understand what it means or you are probably going to be missing a large portion of other things that are going on in the python code. W

Actually it is likely the distributors make money on Windows with all the crapware and trial software they put on their computers.

There wouldn't really be a refund for Windows cost as most OEMs are making money off of windows by deals with software companies like norton and nero to install their trial software by default to new computers.

I have a bad internet connection (1.5 Mbit) and found that without using the whole connection I wasn't able to stream netflix and was still burdened with artifacts and terrible quality. Now to put this in perspective at a little over half

That is strange. Perhaps when searching "oauth" "authorization" it is increasing the distance allowed between the words available for search. At least "oauth authorization" seems to behave more normal.

Just for good measure: If you don't want to install an extension to inspect another extension all chrome extensions are just zip files so if you download the extension you can just unzip and see the contents.
