Pretty much anywhere you can get it, google and competition would be good starts (competition could be a good idea of a market depending on their success). Put up a landing page with email sign ups for notification of when product opens. Us

From the article: >“Books are priced too high,” said Berntsen when justifying his work. “One of the reasons why the pirate world is so big, is that publishers take crazy prices for something that isn’t even in physical form.” This is ac

I think everyone is still better off with a password manager system (1password, lastpass, keepass) at this point in time. OpenID seems to be more troublesome than it is worth and I have avoided registering for one, as well as avoiding those

It seems that icey did not think it was so harmless and wanted to inform the community in case any malice was involved. If this experiment was completely harmless I don't see why the contributor needed to contact so many people (as it seems

Seems like maybe you should look at joining a startup as you don't want to (or have the motivation) to run your own and want to stay away from big companies. You also have prime location being in California, even if you think you are lackin

Both Inconsolata and Consolas seem to look nice on Ubuntus default rendering (though Consolas only seems to look okay on a dark background). I personally use Inconsolata.

The only thing factor is missing is a book/tutorial/better example docs. The current documentation is top notch though and you can learn a lot if you look through the factor blogs (or read a forth book) Link to factor blogs: http://planet.
