That seems like an important question. Maybe they will have a lot of individual batteries that they can charge simultaneously. Alternatively, maybe they could swap out the bottom of the fuselage or wings.

I have worked in FP&A for the past 6 or so years after working in the investment world. For a short time (8 or so months) I supported a CIO and had to approve the NPV analysis of every tech project that the company did. The thing that m

I grew up in Naples. If you have only been there 6 months, you haven’t lived there during the summer yet. That said, I actually love Florida’s climate. The problem with Florida for me is the lack of outdoor activities, especially in the s

Not sure why you need the extraction, but for me personally, I had my teeth shift ever so slightly which threw off my bite. Pain was excruciating. The solution was a tiny amount of polishing a few of my teeth so my bite was better lined u

True fit is more of a conversion boosting tool rather than a tool to help the consumer. I worked at Levi’s Corp for 3 years and was surprised to learn that clothes have large tolerances in sizes to keep costs down. True fit says you should

I started learning how to program some solidarity for fun and just to understand the whole concept better. While I agree that in the short-run 1-5 years, it’s extremely unlikely that something wins agains ETH, but... in the long run, 10-20

First, congrats to everyone at Coinbase. What a great step in their journey. I’m going to hijack the negativity here and ask if anyone has any advice on writing a first smart contract. I feel like I cannot fully understand ETH or BTC light

In the case of crypto, it probably should. The reality is that there is so much compute power aimed at BTC/ETH, that if you try to use a 'cheap' crypto currency, it is susceptible to compute power attacks or at the very leas

the hardest part of UBI for me to understand is how much of it will be eaten by inflation and how much will actually help people. I’d like to see a lot of research on that part of the topic. Maybe take a zip code and give everyone UBI in t

This is like the classic DropBox comment [1]. The activities you describe seem easy to you, but are really hard for the average person. Authentication in Webpress? I imagine that is more than a 10 minute activity. [1] https://n

Personally, I’d rather take the J&J which uses old, proven tech. In 5 years we will know a lot more about nRNA vaccine long-term safety, and I’ll be much more comfortable taking an nRNA vaccine at that point. When I’m eligible, I still

Reinforced cockpit doors were not implemented on planes until around 2002. Meanwhile, hijackings fell dramatically after only basic fight security that was implemented nearly 20 years before that.

Hijackings were extremely common prior to flight security. TSA was another level, that was extremely frustrating throughout the 2000s, but at a minimum it prevents wildly unstable people from boarding with weapons Check out this list http

This one is tricky. On one hand the CCW permit is for the personal benefit of the person receiving it. If the company needed armed staff, they could simply hire full-time armed guards. There is no reason head of security at Apple needs to
