A bit surprised (and disappointed) this did not get into the murky world of galamsey in Ghana, but I trust AJ to do it justice. Relevant thread from BB Simons: https://twitter.com/bbsimons/status/164772925356215500

Nice. I've been playing with llama.cpp since it came out, but I haven't had a chance to really try text2image on my own terms. A consumer-friendly app makes this really cool. Is there source available? I would love to see what it

Giving this a quick spin and I like what I'm seeing. I gave it a picture of Paolo Veronese's Lament over the Dead Christ [0] and asked what was going on in the background. > The painting depicts the scene of the crucifixion of

On start up it does load a fraction of the weights, so RAM usage is low, but as you run inferences on the model, it tends to eat up the required amount of RAM. This was from my initial testing.

The usual suspects: LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable and a few other local job boards. I'm part of a professional contractor network too, which helps a lot.

Want to chat about this? If it's interesting, I might look into it ;) I've got no answer to your question, but it amuses me to no end that what should be a simple problem of finding someone fit for a role is still largely unsolv

I find the title of this article ironic, in light of all the concerns about misinformation should generative AI be mainstreamed.

> which doesn't even ask for your name Nitpick: It asks for your name, email and phone number before you get to use it. Not to detract from your larger point, but people have expressed disappointment about the phone number part.

It's based off of alpaca.cpp, and llama.cpp recently added support for it. So yes, it's Apple Silicon ready.

Do you mean ChatGPT (on GPT-3.5 Turbo)? The foundation models on which they're built are only GPT-3 capable, and what most many people run locally are the lightest weight, quantized weights, so their performance is even more degraded.

One richest individual in the world does not an elite make. There definitely was an elite that lost control with the Musk take over. It's being replaced by a new elite.
