The whole point of having a regulatory agency is that you hire full-time experts in the field and rely on them to build a coherent and stable system of rules and enforcement. As one of the regulated parties, this gives you some solid ground

Also, if you can get people to connect intensely with just one or two of your statements, you can then make other false statements and they won’t care, because that might invalidate the one they really want to believe. The threshold is so l

No argument, but there can be limitations on how much you can speed up the deployment pipeline. In particular, the article is about integrated circuit development (actually about systems made of many ICs), where a “production deployment” ta

So how is it the company can “refuse to let them quit” or “force” an employee to go to a temple? What is the actual enforcement mechanism other than guilt?

So it’s no problem as long as only the people who make “slop” are complaining, and fortunately AI will only ever be able to make “slop”?

You don’t need to do anything special to “reveal” that Apple doesn’t prioritize backwards compatibility. That is very well known. For example, standard practice for audio professionals is to wait a year or more to upgrade MacOS, to give all

X is not a place for "debate". It's designed to optimize for rumor mongering and mob outrage. Which is not a good recipe for a "signal" useful for any kind of decision making.
