That would be gross income, net income is income after all costs have been deducted. That would indicate that their annual costs are ~$7B, most of which probably goes towards producing new shows and licensing existing ones.

While I think that supporting startups is a good idea, creating a campus without a nearby network of rich investors is like sowing seeds in sand. I've been part of more than one startup in Europe and it is far more difficult to secure

As an aside, you can set up a security group in AWS that blocks inbound traffic on port 80 if you'd like to neuter the incoming requests.
