Looking up the one host it's at Hetzner. With $100,000 on the line I would have spent the $60 to run a dedicated server in that datacenter.

So by that logic I can pirate all content, and as long as I don't claim it's mine it's not violating copyright laws? U.S. copyright law provides copyright owners with the following exclusive rights: - Reproduce the work in co

Often you don't really have a choice, if you're enrolled in a school. Tough luck you get to give up your rights.

I'm fine with WFH, or in office 5 days a week. I think a mix would be terrible, as all meetings would end up being online anyways due to x% of the staff being remote on any given day. My company is currently planning on doing 40% in th

Things can be feature complete, and they often are at many businesses. You need to build a solution to problem x. You do that and then the project is over. Outside of maintenance work it's a stable code base and you the developer move

Looking at Twitter seeing a few people cancel. I'm really curious to see what fallout there will be from this. Will it not really impact Hetzner or will it be a major segment. I previously had a server with Hetzner a few years ago desp

So how would you handle a proprietary system not on Google? This is why these questions are important. The skill set is logic and deduction not regurgitation of ideal solutions.

I'll firmly disagree. I find logic questions, and how they solve a problem vastly more important than other aspects of the interview. I'm often looking for someone I can give a problem to and they return with a potential solution.

Realistically every carrier should be doing this. I have no idea why I'm even allowed to get calls from V11109011700119 on my cellphone. They're so clearly scams / spam that every carrier globally should close these down.
