I can not decide where I lay on this issue. On one hand I love the ability to interact with facebook through apps such as Tweekdeck (which I can only assume uses this API?). However, this API can be abused by sites to publish 'closed' infor

Don't depend on someone else to score you a job. Network. Verbose resume's bore, simple resume's score. There, same advice, but far less writing (and far less self-congratulatory, please-read-my-article-while-I-masturbate-over-how-superior-

I disagree. There will always be yuppies who have money. In times of depression they are the least effected group (relatively).

If you have an addictive personality then you probably should be very wary of using websites like this, I have facebook and check it for maybe 10 minutes every day or two, I couldn't use it for longer because it's so bloody boring.

True. Usually because it's very easy to identify and call out anyone who doesn't know what they're talking about.

The way I see it, if you're intelligent enough to do it once, you can sure as shit do it again. But you're completely right, it'll surely sting.

I'm keen. Someone want to hack it together? Maybe have a vote site built similar to YC/reddit where anyone can submit a book and discuss it, then the most popular submission every 2 weeks is chosen and we all read it? Maybe decide 5 groups

I don't have time to check it out now, so I'll gloss over it tomorrow... but I think I might just have to kiss you (run away now). This seems to be exactly what I'm looking for! I'll drop another line and some feedback after trying it in th

Forget about life goals, instead break them down into 1, 5, 10 and 15 year goals, and then maybe tag "life goals" right at the end. That way people can see something infinitely more important: you have a detailed map of what you want to do

Yeah, don't drop out. I'm you (in terms if your passion) three years ahead. I'm 21 and nearly finished with University, and I was similar to you in High School in the fact that I was writing software, having fun with small-scale start-ups a

In the quest of self-research I've come across http://www.curdbee.com and http://www.invoicejournal.com/ and http://klok.mcgraphix.com/klok/index.htm - has anyone had any experience with these services?
