The quality can be affected by poor upvoting. I've seen too many examples where the first comment is incorrect technically. Adding a reason wouldn't help.

Why does it have to be only one thing. If it is a bodily autonomy issue shouldn't those choices be responsible for the economical realities of those choices? It's a clear case of taxation without representation.

It is entirely their responsiblity. There is a reason why most societies/religions encourages only sex after marriage. To engage in sex before marriage then blame the birth control products or lack of an education doesn't really

Google also sends google-bot without the header. If it notices different content it will take the public version as truth. So many people are doing this but not getting delisted. Not sure how solid a rule it still is.

Defunding would move those roles from public jobs to private jobs. In the end the only the rich would have protection. Probably not the best path. For an example see the private police in London. They answer to no one.
