It's not about computation, I like the text to stay still. When I was aware of this it started bothering me, so I've changed it to the right ever since. Of course this is a very small and picky detail.

It looks really promising. I wonder why code editors have the file explorer on the left side by default, if you resize it you move the whole text (unless you write in a right-to-left language). A colleague made me aware of this a while ago

Thanks a lot for this! actix-web is an amazing framework so far. I've started with the book zero2prod in rust, and using some type driven designed, rust's errors handling, actix-web's extractors and web::data feels like super

I think there are quite some macros that accelerate a CRUD creation app, for example, take a look at sqlx with ormx: https://github.com/NyxCode/ormx

I was actually thinking as a learning exercise, to go through python docs and create a rust book covering the needs of a python developer with different crates. If the book is versioned you can easily remove and add new crates. But I'v

IIRC "the dictators handbook" mentions that the more people in a power position, the harder to corrupt, because it becomes more expensive. Of course this brings a slower process, so it's like a trade-off. Link: https:/&

I took me a year to read "Seeing That Frees: Meditations on Emptiness and Dependent Arising", but it was fascinating. It guides the reader into exploring their minds through meditation. But you learn to explore beyond your mind. I

I'd argue that hunter gatherers had all of the units of freedoms, and when full centralization happened (monarchies) we lost all those units. Democracy gave you back some units by decentralizing power (not fully). I'm not saying d
