What does technical expert at large mean to you? I have some idea from my experience, but it seems like it's usually a nebulous role that nobody asked for.

I mostly agree with you, but DotA plus is a shift towards subtly pay-to-win features. It's always surprising when a subscription lapses and I find out something is a DotA plus feature and not just part of the game.

Is that the last thing blocking "fortran-parity" in rust? Is there a working group hpc would fall under? Last I checked there was no fast-math on stable, and #[repr(align)] was recently added.

If you want the directory to come from your current pane instead of the current session, it's a little easier: bind '"' split-window -v -c "#{pane_current_path}" bind % split-window -h -c "#{pane_cur

Is it possible for this sort of thing to make it into the compilers? Seems like it might see much more usage that way.

Am I the only one using Nix (the package manager) for this? It's lovely and works for other languages and binary package management as well. I encourage people to try it out, interactive usage looks something like `nix-shell -p python

It's actually more complicated, nbbo governs quotes but there are a few other things that affect your actual trade price such as exchange fees and price improvement. For example, every exchange can have the same quote, but a different

Can you expand on why that is an issue? The other argument I've seen is that just requiring java is already too much.

I don't think this is very far off, most languages with a package manager are relatively easy to finagle into bazel. That said, c/c++ dependencies are not, and every bazel user needs to put in some extra effort there. Eventually b

What kind of user experience are you talking about? As someone who uses it as just a package manager, I have had no complaints around using `nox`, `nix-env -i`, and `nix-env -e`. It does seem to have a sprawling cli and many additional purp

This is an issue with protobuf, not grpc, right? If you can figure out exactly which part your complaining about you should be able to automate it (eg. generating the boilerplate using reflection in java)
