Yes and not just that but we also need things like bank apps supporting it and not blocking everything for 'security reasons' like they do with alternative Android roms.

Yes and next year they're going to sign APKs even outside the app store so it's going to be almost the same situation as for Apple in the EU

Google is going to be the exact same from next year (approving sideloaded apps) so there is simply no choice anymore.

The one time I had leeches they just popped off on their own. They were huge so they were probably full. My white T shirt had turned into a red one... Because of the anticoagulant. Not a fan of them but where I live now they don't exis

Oh maybe you haven't seen the news, sorry. The capitol storming and freeing all that participated. Having major cities being taken over by the army. Stifling free press. You know all that good old dictatorship playbook stuff.

We do make staples. The ones I have here are made in Europe. We don't buy such things from the US (though from China, maybe). I think a lot of it is just not very visible because it's mainly for internal market use. In fact I'

Yeah me too. We have to stand up to the bully or it's only getting worse. It's bad enough that von der leyen basically gave away a free trillion for "not getting the worst tariffs imposed on us".

On the other hand, it's not really up to the bank. It's my money, not theirs. I really wish I wouldn't need to have my money managed by some corporate drones in suits but it's really hard these days to do without a bank

Well I think flat earthism is less crazy. Flat earthers believe in a physical phenomenon, they just don't have the ability to verify their hypothesis in person. This is really how science works. Where they do wrong is ignoring evidence

Osmand is great but it has a bit of a learning curve. It's much more powerful than Google maps though so all these features need a bit of navigating. It probably should have a simple mode for most users.

And it doesn't let Google snoop on your every transaction. I don't understand how so many people are ok with this. Unfortunately every EU bank card uses Mastercard or visa so the Americans still get to snoop. Time for that to be c

Hmm maybe I am a sociopath then. One thing though is that I do respect other people a lot. I just won't bend my identity to fit in. If we don't gel I don't fight them but I'll just leave. But yeah if that makes me a soci

Well what I mean is it doesn't matter if you piss off your tribe these days because you can just find another one that aligns better with you instead. No need to fake it to fit in. This is what's so great about today's global
