A thicker phone with more battery life would be amazing tbh. The whole industry is focusing on thinness too much.

Yeah most people will get it done but if it's actually built to be repairable those little shops can do it better and cheaper. Big bonus points for making spare parts available without all the BS strings attached that apple currently h

Oh no I don't think it's perfect at all. It would be a horror for me with all the formalities. It would be like a minefield for me. I can only be myself. But I didn't realise women were in danger on trains. That doesn't

No but life was a lot better back then. We had less money (we couldn't even afford a car though one is not really necessary here) but that's not so important.

I don't know, in the 80s we had a really nice welfare system in the Netherlands that alleviated worry because there was always a safety net. Rent prices were government-set. Healthcare was good and very cheap. In this century everythin

Yeah it would not work for me either. I hate family life and responsibilities. I would wither away if I had a family.

I really wish I could get diagnosed too. My psychiatrist refuses to even consider it because she says with my psych history as a kid they'd have identified it. But that's nonsense because thinking some adhd has changed hugely sinc

15k feet is already in danger territory for unpressurized aircraft. Above 14000 ft a pilot must use oxygen immediately. And that's not even strenuous work (though decision making and spatial awareness is also very affected)

From what I read it was in the 70s in a phase of anti globalisation and growth. Of course in those days car traffic was much lower than now. I bet Zürich residents would be really happy to have had one now. Where I live we have both metro a

I use yubikey over nfc with my phone. This way the private key material never reaches the phone. Using the openkeychain app and password store. I have multiple yubikeys as target for each password of course.
