I use HyperDock for this: http://hyperdock.bahoom.com/ It's mainly focused on modifications for the OS X dock which I don't use, but it also does alt drag window movement, and alt + num pad for tiling windows. It

As far as I know, the HTML5 option for Google Music does work in most browsers, but not Firefox. Apparently this is because it needs MediaSourceExtensions with HTML5 MP3 support, neither of which are in Firefox currently - https:/

I don't see any such notice if I try going to Yahoo in Chrome. Perhaps because I'm in Europe where Yahoo doesn't have the search deal with Mozilla. Or perhaps it's just confused with the Linux user agent or something. Ha

It's very similar to Eclipse in terms of general layout/workflow. Shortcuts might differ a bit, but nothing major. Many of the tasks which were somewhat awkward in Eclipse like managing libraries are simpler in IntelliJ/Andro

"It can't be detected using the common netstat command." How is this possible? I thought netstat would show any program which is listening for connections on a port, regardless of whether it's actively doing anything.

You'll notice the same pattern on browser usage graphs - IE peaks during working hours, every other browser peaks on weekends and evenings.

Yeah, I feel the same way. I realised recently that if I'd spent even a couple of days working on every idea I've had and given up on, I'd know a hell of a lot more than I do today.

Chrome 37+ already had the necessary DRM extentions, but it only worked with a recent version of the NSS library. It was possible to play HTML5 video on Netflix in Linux since then, but you needed to fake your user agent to say you were on

I was wondering about the benefits of this. Supposedly having tabs in different processes should improve performance of the browser in general, as slow running scripts in one tab process won't slow down the main UI process. I have come

Supposedly the lack of updates for the Galaxy Nexus was down to the TI CPU they used. TI stopped working on mobile SoCs shortly after the Galaxy Nexus was released, so they no longer supported it and wouldn't provide any updated firmwa

I've had really mixed experiences with the time estimates in London. Sometimes it will specifically say that a train/bus will arrive at 17:00, 17:10, 17:20 etc, but sometimes it will just say "every 10 minutes". I haven&
