Thank you for this. By the way, I found this topic to be a difficult one to google for. Is there a magic search string or term of art that I'm missing?

I have been wanting to create a tool like this for some time. I'm curious about what (if any) data analysis you're doing. The general area here is called lag sequential analysis.

This is cool. If you add automatic support for the ARIA-label property (just duplicate your text content in the ARIA-label), this could be an accessibility tool. Otherwise you're basically hiding potentially needed info, which might normall

This could be useful for low-vision people, who might like to optimize fonts and foreground/background colors for readability. It would be nice to be able to have toggleable presets.

Nice. I considered selling a house this way about six months ago, but I ended up selling it to a neighbor. Edit: One idea I had: allow people to reserve a spot on the calendar, perhaps with a deposit. You'll get the benefit of a traditional

It's interesting that none of those references refer to the Lovey Howell character in the 60s sitcom Gilligan's Island, which came first to mind for me when reading "luvvie alert". I suppose the character's name+personality is more of a bla

Yes I would expect this too. OP should file a provisional U.S. patent application listing every clever derivation they can think of, tomorrow.

I was thinking the same thing re the coolness of it, but I don't have enough experience to say anything about novelty. If it is novel, OP's one-year patent clock starts today for the U.S., and the opportunity to patent in the rest of the w

I may well have used this if you had launched a month ago. At this time I have my own system stitched together with the integrated mulit-OAuth-provider API from OneAll.com. I'll give you the same advice I'd give them: since you're pitching

I have been thinking about the need for something like this, but a bit more menu-like. Suppose I am running a high-security site that needs more than 2 factors? Shouldn't that be as easy to set up as 1 or 2? So I image having a bunch of f

I might use this. I suggest you consider defaulting to USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes (assuming you're in the U.S.), as that might make the swap seem slightly more equitable.

It's an intriguing assertion, but there are too many variables. Which would really look better for rendering video or text at sub-optimal resolutions? 1920x1080 video or desktop stretched on the RD? Surface RT? It seems to me the safer be

There is no "I agree" button, no way to indicate consent. A reasonable person linking to the site might not even notice that these terms were in place, so they can't be binding.

Maintaining compatibility with existing keyboard UI should be considered essential for accessibility. And I haven't bothered to check compatibility with ARIA.

Usability feedback: I completely missed the fact that there was a Details block until you mentioned it. Why? I don't know. Maybe I was assuming that their info was in one floating block as with LaunchRock.com.

Relatively hack-proof internet interface for wifi security cameras. If someone breaks into the house and steals all my gear (including the cameras), at least I wouldn't be losing another $2-400 PC.
