If you’re going to try to determine how China is approaching nuclear power, it’s probably more useful to look at data related to that [0], instead of drawing conclusions from tangential data. [0] https://en.wikipedia.org/wik

Not sure what you were feeling bad about, but it’s also directly from the readme, so OP just saw something cool on GitHub and posted it along with a comment with the project’s own description, which is pretty standard on HN (I think, that’s

What’s the disease? Is it the body’s down-regulation of opioid receptors? If so, then you’re right. But if it also includes the impact of an active opioid addiction on one’s lifestyle, methadone clinics help treat that, which in turn makes

Yeah my bad, it originally had a comment on the multiple jokes seeming to mock a valid claim, though I now get that those were mostly in response to the broadness of “food”.

Ultra processed foods, which are a large part of many people’s diets, definitely cause cancer[0]. [0] https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37087831/

You’ve definitely described an invasion of privacy, just not one perpetrated by HN.

Don’t you think it’s disingenuous to reduce “law breakers” to those people?

Maybe I’m missing the importance of this happening in this experiment specifically, but isn’t this already a known phenomena seen in the double-slit experiment?

They created a product that solves the problem of people not watching ads compulsively, and sold access to that product to people with ads.

If they weren’t implying that, the statement was redundant.

I think this is largely unique to ChatGPT though, not LLMs at large. OpenAI has done a lot of fine tuning to create a specific product, which is a chatbot, not an LLM that mimics human speech.

Who’s claiming it’s not significantly harder? That is a bad reason to give up, if that’s what you’re advocating for.

I agree. My initial comment was just saying that people will not want another old president, with the exception of convinced trump voters.

What? If you mean Trump, I think it’s pretty dishonest or at best ignorant to liken them to each other. He absolutely has his flaws, tons of them, but categorically excluding him from the discussion isn’t justified.

Yes, but you were also saying that it would be that way in 5 years, and if you look at the cases for which these tools were practical at the start of 2023 compared to the practical applications now, not even a full year of progress, the rel
