No, there is a major difference in the number of people that would work at the company and how much they would be paid. More people aren’t always better for the company, especially in a bloated and unfocused company like Unity.

I think you’re tripped up on the difference between gross profit and net income. Their net income has always been negative. https://www.macrotrends.net/stocks/charts/U/unity-software/n...

Obviously that makes no sense. It’s a layoff, they’re not cutting salaries.

Degradation is supposed to be 12% after 200,000 miles: https://electrek.co/2023/04/25/tesla-update-battery-degradat... But, like all batteries they degrade fastest at the beginning. Not sure how typical your

I'll say it again: why does each language need its own package manager? Why not generalize it to delivering files from various online sources, with a thin layer of glue for module loading that is language-specific.

Also works indirectly, because these batteries are like 95%+ recyclable into new batteries.

Perhaps someone can publish a paper to arXiv that provides a meta-analysis. But still there doesn't seem to be a clear reason to justify it, given that almost all internet text is not justified.

Just seems like useful information for most of the commenters who are taking a victory lap or generally complaining about Elon Musk.

I love that the headline needs a negative angle to sell ads. The negative things mentioned in the article: old people might have a hard time with the privacy policy and there might be a labor shortage coming up that would make it hard for c

This is a silly article. The numbers Tesla releases themselves say "we count any crash in which Autopilot was deactivated within 5 seconds before impact", so Autopilot aborting less than one second before a crash would still be co

I'm not sure what this has to do with what I said. I want to know if there actually are fewer accidents because of Autopilot versus other situations. People are suspect of Tesla's own published data, but we can just easily answer
