I drove 15,000 miles last year and paid 33.3 cents per gallon to my state. That’s around 833.33 gallons of gas so I paid about $278 dollars. $20 more. Assuming 18mpg. For an EV I’d pay $258.90 extra to register. My state must be factoring i

The F-150 is not the most popular vehicle or even truck. The F-Series is, which includes all the bigger versions and fleet models. How do you pay more taxes on EVs when you factor in gas taxes?

If they were in Iran a drone would’ve paid a visit, based on current events. Most of them are in Russia or former Eastern Bloc like Belarus. USA and the west doesn’t want a direct conflict so the drones never pay them a visit. Instead, they

I’m constantly badgered by google apps on my iPhone to use Chrome. In fact I’m not able to just click a link and open my default browser, I have to see the big chrome logo and a smaller link to choose my default browser.

Push the goal posts of you want. OP specifically said rear wheel drive. There’s a whole community that doesn’t consider anything without front and rear lockers, dana 44 axels, frame on body, and 37s with bead lock a real off road rig.

Autotrader says there are 246,000 used trucks for sale nationwide with AWD/4WD and 38,000 with rear wheel drive. For new it’s 429,000 AWD/4WD vs 51,000 for rear wheel. Volume wise it’s of course Texas with Wyoming, Montana, and No

Your local grocery store must be terrible if you think Costco has good food and produce. No, I’m not talking about wine, oil, or water. I buy those 3 things plus paper towels and toilet paper (not Kirkland toilet paper post Covid). Everythi

This is the internet. You can’t expect HN or Reddit to be positive, especially around America. It was the same way before Trump was around. These people and bots have no idea what they are talking about. They’re parrots.

It’s because they’re all in bed with the Government who wants the same thing. Think of them as an extension of the NSA/CIA and the byproduct of the data collection is being able to sell Ads to make money.

I’m in the same boat. The quality to terrible. No I don’t want a bunch of pumpkin seeds that you’re using as filler for products. The produce isn’t great either. A huge portion of the food is either premade factory food that’s chilled or fr

The one near my office is like Mad Max Fury Road if you try to go at lunch time. Good luck getting gas much less checking out with 200+ people all trying to get back to the office.

You can buy server boards that don’t require loud fans. If you’re buying used server gear from a datacenter then it will be like what you said. I have a 4U NAS with a supermicro board and an i3 chip with 6 WD Red NAS drives and it’s very qu

People put whatever engines they can find on old truck chassis. It’s up to you to do the swap. Most people do want to DIY anything on a car. Enthusiast based models usually don’t sell in high volume.

What about Blu-ray? I don’t want DVD quality and last time I checked you can’t exactly legally backup Blu Rays because you break DRM. Most 4k kids movies on eBay were from the bargain bin at Walmart. The DVDs are as cheap as 4k blu rays.

Isn’t that by design so governments can prosecute citizens they don’t like? For example, curl is probably ok but that one annoying Kim Dotcom guy is probably going to catch a case under some dubious law.
