Would a heat pump work? 8 mini-splits sounds like way too. Mini-splits are also the cheaper option, surprised they cost $10k. A heat pump in my area wouldn't be too much more than $10k (excluding duct work).

My coworker who lives in Vancouver, Washington calls it the Portland war zone. When the riots were going on he would say I’m not sure if I see smoke or tear gas over there but it’s definitely not fog.

Boot your windows machine using an iSCSI storage block supplied by your NAS. I’ve wondered if this would work with Backblaze or not. I don’t really care if I lose my plex media so I’ve never tried it.

My local county government services my water. Pretty much everywhere in my state it’s the same. There’s not a corporation involved at all, unless they contracted work out to a construction company.

Both of my WK2 Jeep grand Cherokee’s have been reliable and they share parts with the old MLs. The parts they share are pretty silly to consider reliability, control arms, 5-speed transmission (until 2014), and some other random parts with

That’s completely not true at all. BMWs have come around in the past years. The 2000 e46 I had was as reliable as my 2002 4Runner. I replaced the same things at similar intervals, water pump, belt tensioner, wheel bearing, plugs, coils etc.

Same here, I commute 3 days a week to work in an office alone. There is not a single person I work on a project with in the office. Everyone I work with is distributed from East to West coasts and larger cites in between.

This is not correct. Yes, jail is people waiting for trial and usually convicted people with less than a year sentence. Prison is usually for people with a year or longer sentence. My state has a prison for younger drug offenders and other

Commercial dishwasher are more like sanitizers. In a restaurant the dishwasher is the guy scraping the food off. Home dishwashers run for a long time because they are basically liquifying the leftover food, milk, and grime.

My wife “stole” my M1 Air. At the time, it was good to see a comparison between the M1/M2. I order custom spec ones but for someone who doesn’t they may want to buy a generation old to save me. However, I agree on the phrasing. The amo

It’s not a factor at all. By the time smartphones and data plans came out, they all included unlimited texts. I’m sure there was a small carrier here and there but AT&T didn’t offer it with the first iPhone. This is US specific.
