I've always been a somewhat active person (at least 10 hours spent walking/cycling every week). Did it just because I liked it, but it never helped with weight loss. Switching cardio for resistance training (5x5) helped immensely

As long as we're banning things we should also ban all videogames, they are too addictive. There is nothing more precious than time and it can be spent much more productively. And alcohol for obvious reasons.

Low on-chain fees are actually a disaster for Bitcoin. Once mining rewards dwindle to nothing due to halvings fees would have to rise astronomically to maintain hash power.
