That depends on the sensors which are used. Most current ACC systems use radar, which should not be affected by weather but has other problems like high cost, narrow field of view and you only get speed and distance as data points which are

I think most programmers can learn a new programming language to reasonable "fluency" in a few weeks, for natural languages it's more like a few years. Totally different except when you think of formal terms like vocabulary,

I had two wisdom teeth removed in one session and it took the dentist just a couple of minutes, with local anesthesia and I didn't feel that much. Not sure why anyone would want general anesthesia unless it's a complicated case. A
