For proton mail you could set different passwords for decryption and login

You could add config_lowram to your /system/build.prop . reduces animations but much faster.

Mediatek is very bad in releasing kernel source. See XDA/lineage os before buying next phone.

Which device? For example copperheados or any AOSP or lineageos without gapps runs fast even in nexus 4. Do not install PlayServices. I am on my 1generation moto G.

If available flash just AOSP or lineages without GApps. Even nexus4 runs smooth. If you need browser add Firefox focus from fdroid.

by whyagaindavid 9y ago
Well they need not release the Apple-id to others.

Sad that Apple does not allow you to delete your account. Even Facebook does? PS; if you think I am wrong post a direct link how to delete within Apple's domain. Trust me it does not exist.

There is a way to delete your data from Google or ms. Not Apple. BTW, there is no way to delete apple Id. Seriously try doing it. You cannot.

AMP is both a data saver and avoids nagging'install our app' modal or redirect to play store.

Love @aral and his aims. But privacy must not be only for the rich. (See Zuck having bought all houses in the street to ensure privacy)! But having discussed with Aral, Apple is available only for people that have the $$$.

Suggestion: use AMP-api to modify all browser requests to load Google CDN AMP page. Save data.

Will GDPR allow me to delete my Apple-ID? Thanks

If you need 24/7 support get a mail account at a provider who has a tech office near your home/office. In my uni most people do not care if they lose their gmail

by whyagaindavid 9y ago
To helpful please name your provider

Compared to "takeout" permanently forwarding mails is better. That way you always have 3 copies. One in gmail, outlook, and apple. Well hope you don't screwup so much that all of them block you at the same time.

Did u have 2FA?
118.
by whyagaindavid 9y ago
To alleviate the email issue: forward every incoming email to your outlook/apple account. Make copy of old email using IMAP to outlook/apple. Not ultimate solution but can be helpful. Oh BTW enable 2FA.
