This is definitely an edge case. Most UI/UX from Google is very consistent and just works. Otherwise they won't be in this market. Only UI/UX issue is that most experienced users want to not adapt to change. It is like people

This depends on the CDN. Lets say you are using google or cloudflare CDN. They have more engineers and better security processes – and work 24X7 -365 days – continuous monitoring – than you remembering to download jquery update. What about

Well overall Cook is right but... apple needs to provide alternatives to the common people! 1. There is no equivalent for Facebook and apple cannot build a one with privacy 2. There is none from Google-Search and apple has not built one 3.

Remember all of GAFA is building tools for the next billion. (i.e) China/India/Indonesia/{Africa}. There you have this very issue - people sharing one computer with one another. Same with AMP. HN is prominently Europe/US

If u do not need 3D, I strongly suggest moving to lxd. Using in kernel security and it is very light. Couple it to zfs and it runs 100 containers for a measily 15 GB RAM.
