I don't use Instapaper, but does it offer something like Readability's Send to Kindle? Thats the killer feature for a Kindle user like me.

Thanks. I was starting to wonder why this is not generating as many comments as it normally would have for this type of articles.

There is no moral hazard when they are claiming the right to sell material that might be copyrighted.

Unrelated, but relates to 9: if you take any two digit number, say 59, and you deduct the sum of the two digits 5 and 9, it yields 45, a multiple of 9. Interestingly, this is true for any two digit number. I used this trick in a game where I

I am following exactly what this guy says, but it took me a long time, over three years, to finally settle on whats important for this kind of career. I revisited C so that I can keep up with git code and learn from it; I bought a Rails boo

No, we are not. My bad, I misunderstood the statement; I thought he was referencing yesterday only, which I thought might not be possible, given the sort amount of time. Obviously if other people knew that's a whole different story.

Between the time Homakov made his work public and the time it took them to fix it? I think it was close to an hour and on a Sunday. I doubt there are any other cases.

Not all Muslim countries do though. All north african countries have a saturday/sunday weekend, except Egypt. and even in Egypt some companies make sure a subset of their employees work on their weekend because, well, most of their partners

I agree. What you said actually just happened. I remembered that need to check for possible answers to this to reloaded the page and came back here. I guess it's working for everybody.

It might be just me, since I am a newbie, but how do people keep track of replies to their comments? The only thing that notifies me is a change in karma and then I hit my profile and browse my own comments. Is there another way?

No one is interested in why bing is suggesting word "baby" instead of babies? I submitted the same query and it does not suggest that anymore.

I dont see how your approach will solve problem. If anything, it will further alienate normal users and portray the solution as requiring a minimum level of geekness.

I think this is part of a class of problems that delegate th responsibility of protecting data to the user. I find myself facing similar issues with my wifi for instance. In Ubuntu, showing your wifi password is also trivial and it does not
