The marketing seems pretty straightforward? M1/M2/M3 (and their sub-variants) and fan/no-fan are the two performance aspects, and then you just decide whether you want a 13"/14"/16".

Originally, Fastmail only had you add MX records. The DKIM/SPF change was more recent (as in, sometime in the past 16 years :) due to changing standards around email deliverability.

Oh I had to take an IQ test for a company I applied for last year and it was one of (several) reasons I turned down the offer. It's such a weird and archaic way to vet candidates. I've never had another company ask for me to take

Huh, I wouldn't have expected any of these numbers, given that Boston has a zillion Domino's and, at best, one each of the others.

What would be the benefit of an immutable API? Semi-relatedly, Stripe has a great post[0] on how they handle backwards-compatibility with their API. [0] https://stripe.com/blog/api-versioning

As far as I've seen, that's really the only way. Maybe with a slight throttle for the onMouseMove handler if the performance isn't great. I wonder if a different UX would help? Like clicking on a card and clicking on the drop

Keeping a spreadsheet is such a good idea - during my last search I was talking to a dozen different companies initially, and it would have been impossible to keep on top of everything without some sort of organization.

I did not expect to see a Magma discussion on HN, haha. I saw them live back in 2015 and it was so surreal.

I wish more open source projects had an "enterprise" plan with a few inconsequential features and maybe priority support - just enough to justify a line item on a tech org's budget.

I've been working on a lightweight Chrome Extension and it's been really, really frustrating. The documentation is all over the place and it's sometimes unclear what's for v2 vs v3, and there aren't any deep-dive gu
