Why do we think peoples of the past would be unable to distinguish between a normal river flooding and a “world ending” flood? What about the ~450 feet of sea level rise in the last 15k years?

Good point. It’s not like trump is going to stop current wars. At least he didn’t start any new ones. We can at least not vote for people who we know for sure will keep retrying the same nonsense that didn’t work from the past. Put Victo

Is this satire? It reads like it is. ““systemic risks” to society are minimized.” These people are shitting their pants because the electorate have had enough of their nonsense and voting accordingly so clearly something must be done! The

It depends. The tr069 managed devices are typically router wifi combo type devices. If you can get a dumb modem that would would likely remove any tr069 vulnerabilities. The firmware on whatever is doing docsis is going to be updatable b

Even if you buy your own modem they can push firmware to it (and do). The config file your modem downloads includes a cert that allows the isp to do this. You can flash special firmware (used to be called force ware) to prohibit this.

Interesting response sinse congress is grilling fauci right now on this very topic. Relevant because we’re supposed to trust the same industry that created the virus to save us.

You do not know what you are talking about with the vaccine but I’m guessing you’re not still getting boaters so that much is good at least. Just because I’ve been (so far) able to avoid negative repercussions does not mean that I should ig

Would you mind answering my question if you know? The point is both countries have been infiltrated by western powers who support either tyrannical religious zealots or liberal causes whenever it suits their political interests which result

I don’t recall what the 2012 Canada protests were. Guessing OWS? OWS and the vaccine passport protestors have one thing in common - they challenge the ruling class. I wonder why the ruling class hasn’t opposed social mousetrap identity p

You can keep playing tribalism all you want. I voted in the primaries for Bernie. I’ve been advocating for a public option my whole life. I’d be willing to bet I am more active in progressive causes than you are. Everything in America is

Yes people complain about “left leaning protests”. People complain about all sorts of protests. I can’t recall a single protest that wasn’t complained about. Exactly when did the left leaning protestors have their bank accounts frozen?

We’re also still paying for the enrichment done in the 40s. There are dumps of radioactive material all over the country that were never properly disposed of. Those costs have been externalized on the populations living near those dumps f

Did you not just explain how the game changed from technology in your own post? Before all of this unconstitutional collection of Americans information the government had to have a target and go out and collect and tabulate the information.

Can you prove this at all? I’m seeing White Castle offered free refills in the early 60s and plastic drinking straws didn’t become popular until the same time period.

I can’t recall the last US restaurant that didn’t have free drink refills. Why would they want to push people to consume something they refill for free faster? Is it possible people just like straws?
